AFTER FUNDING THE CHAIR OF LAW, ANY INCOME REMAINING IS TO BE USED TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LOW INCOME STUDENTS AT THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY WASHINGTON COLLEGE OF LAW.
