INSTRUCT AND TRAIN THE YOUTH OF ERIE AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES IN THE SKILLS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAME OF HOCKEY, AS WELL AS THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, FAIR PLAY AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS.
