MISSION:

GRANTS ARE AWARDED TO HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL SCHOOLS IN PENNSYLVANIA THAT HAVE ESTABLISHED A LONG RECORD OF DEDICATION TO SIGHT CONSERVATIOD EYE RESEARCH.

SUBSIDIZED HOUSING & SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME SENIORS.

MISSION:

THE AMERICAN LEGION POST IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING AND HONORING OUR VETERANS, THE MILITARY AND THEIR FAMILIES. THEY ARE DEVOTED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT TO MILITARY BASED CAUSES AS WELL AS LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.

HISTORICAL PRESERVATION & EDUCATION TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMING THROUGH THE USE OF LOCAL HISTORY, ARTIFACTS, ARCHIVAL & ICONOGRAPHIC MATERIALS.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose members are a worldwide group which constitutes a continuation through descent or conversion of the ancient Jewish people; who practice Judaism, a religion that is characterized by a belief in one God and in the mission of Jews to teach the oneness of God as revealed in the Hebrew scriptures. Organizations making reference to Lubavitch, Chabad, Yeshiva, and Torah should also be classified here, but not necessarily those mentioning Israel, Hebrew, and Shalom.

The goal of this organization is to enable students who demonstrate financial need to obtain the financial assistance they require to meet their educational and living expenses while in school.

TO PROVIDE YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE EVENT PRODUCTION AND BROADCAST INDUSTRY THROUGH CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND HANDS-ON MENTORING. WITH THIS, WE AIM TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL, AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS THAT LEAD TO LIVING-WAGE CAREERS IN THE ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY FIELD.

TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR DISABLED VETERANS, THEIR WIDOWS, ORPHANS AND DEPENDENTS; PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO HOSPITALS; HOLD STATE CONVENTION AND MEETINGS; AND HELP WITH THE PREPARATION OF APPLICATION FOR AID.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

The goal of this organization are the residential facilities for older adults who are unable to function in an independent living environment because they need assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, medication, meals and housekeeping and other activities of daily living, but do not require nursing care on a regular basis.

The goal of this organization are the organizations concerned with civil society, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector who seek to promote the practice of charitable giving and voluntarism through a variety of strategies including advocacy, disclosure, information exchange, and research.
