ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN THE OXFORD AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF OXFORD STUDENTS BY GENERATING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO MAXIMIZE THE USE OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS IN THE SCHOOLS AND TO ENRICH CURRICULAR AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.
