LYCOMING ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY, INC (LAPS), A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, WAS INCORPORATED IN FEBURARY 0F 1992. THE ORGANIZATION IS A NO-KILL CAT SHELTER LOCATED IN WILLIAMSPORT, PENNSYLVANIA. THE ORGANIZATION IS STAFFED COMPLETELY BY VOLUNTEERS AND PROVIDES CARE AND ADOPTION SERVICES FOR MANY HOMELESS CATS AND KITTENS. LYCOMING ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY, INC IS FUNDED PRIMARILY THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
