THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF DELTA PHI EPSILON, INC. WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CHAPTERS OF DELTA PHI EPSILON SORORITY, INC. IN THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SAFE AND SECURE HOUSING. HOWEVER, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT FROM THE SORORITY.

TO PROVIDE NON-RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS WHO REQUIRE INTENSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT AT OUR LOCATION IN ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA. THE TREATMENT FOCUS IS TO EVALUATE, SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN LEVELS OF INDEPENDENT FUNCTIONING CONSISTENT WITH THE DEMANDS OF LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY, AND TO PREVENT DETERIORATION AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE.
