THE CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED OUT OF A COOPERATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES DEDICATED TO FACILITATING THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING HOUSING TO A VULNERABLE POPULATION. EACH ENTITY INVOLVED IS A MEMBER OF THE CORPORATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
