ARTSMART IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF YOUTH IN UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE US THROUGH TUITION-FREE MUSIC LESSONS AND MENTORSHIP BY PAID, PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS. SINCE 2016, ARTSMART IS OPERATING IN 8 REGIONS IN TITLE 1 SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE US, PROVIDING NEARLY 35,000 MUSIC LESSIONS BY PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS, AND PAYING OUR MENTORS MORE THE 1.4 MILLION IN COMPENSATION FOR THEIR EXPERTISE.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, water polo, boating, white water rafting and other water sports. Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.

WE ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL THROUGH PROVIDING PAID INTERNSHIPS WORKING WITH HOMELESS ANIMALS, AS WELL AS, A CURRICULUM OF PROGRAMMING THAT DEVELOPS EMPATHY, SELF EFFICACY AND TRANSFERABLE WORK SKILLS.
