THE ERIE YACHT CLUB FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ESTABLISHMENT, PROMOTION, AND OPERATION OF ACTIVITIES WHICH FURTHER THE UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE OF SAILING, BOATING, AND THE USE OF WATERCRAFTS OF ALL TYPES.
