MARIA HOUSE PROJECT IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL COUNSELING AND RECOVERY FACILITY FOR MEN. WE ALSO HOUSE MEN RELEASED FROM CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES THAT ARE IN NEED OF A NEW WAY OF LIFE. IT'S PHILOSOPHY AND PROGRAMS REFLECT THE DIGNITY OF MEN AND SUPPORTS THEM IN CLAIMING THEIR OWN POWER. THESE MEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE CHOICES THAT ARE APPROPRIATE FOR THEM, TO DEVELOP PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN PERMANENT HOUSING AND TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A COMMUNITY CENTER AND MOSQUE THAT SERVICES RELIGIOUS GROUPS AND PROVIDES RELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO THE MEMBERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

DUES ARE SENT TO NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS FOR VETERANS AFFAIRS. DONATIONS ARE MADE TO VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO ENHANCE THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY. ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BASEBALL AND RIDER CLUBS ARE ORGANIZED AND SUPPORTED TO ENHANCE THE COMMUNITY AND BOND VETERANS TOGETHER.
