OTS IS ALSO DEDICATED TO STOPPING THE FLOW OF ANIMALS NEEDING SANCTUARY BY EDUCATING THE HUMAN SPECIES ABOUT THEIR PLIGHT AND SUPPORTING STRONGER LAWS TO PROTECT THEM
