THE SIGNATURE PROGRAM, OPERATION SCHOOL BELL, HAS ASSISTED APPROXIMATELY 400,000 CHILDREN, WHILE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO RECEIVED ALL TYPES OF SERVICES WAS OVER 1.5 MILLION.
