TO EQUIP NEWLY ARRIVED RUSSIAN-SPEAKING PEOPLE WITH THE INFORMATION AND SKILL NEEDED TO ACCOMMODATE MAINSTREAM CULTURE AND SYSTEMS. TO SUPPORT CULTURAL SPORTING ACTIVITIES, LANGUAGE AND HERITAGE AMONG MEMBERS.
