THE SIDNEY-SHELBY COUNTY YMCA FOUNDATION IS FORMED TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF SIDNEY & SHELBY COUNTY, A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION, WHOSE MISSION IS TO PUT CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE TO BENEFIT ALL SHELBY COUNTY RESIDENTS THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT BUILD HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY FOR ALL. THE YMCA IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATION. WE SERVE ALL INDIVIDUALS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY.

AN OHIO NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, (THE "CORPORATION") AND THE RUTHERFORD B. & LUCY WEBB HAYES FOUNDATION (THE "MASTER TRUST") HAS ESTABLISHED THIS ENDOWMENT POLICY TO ENCOURAGE AND PROVIDE FOR THE DONATION OF FUNDS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE RUTHERFORD B. HAYES PRESIDENTIAL CENTER (THE "CENTER") AND ITS MISSION TO "PROMOTE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE NINETEENTH PRESIDENT, THE GILDED AGE AND LEADERSHIP.

TO HOLD TITLE TO REAL ESTATE, COLLECT INCOME FROM REAL PROPERTY AND TURN THE ENTIRE AMOUNT LESS EXPENSES OVER TO JOINT TOWNSHIP MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL AND MERCER COUNTY JOINT TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY HOSPITAL.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES AND ASSISTANCE FOR ALL LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME RESIDENTS THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION. NEW LIMA HOUSING FOR THE FUTURE WORKS WITH THE CITY OF LIMA, ALLEN COUNTY, OHIO AND LIMA CITY SCHOOLS IN AN EFFORT TO FURTHER DEVELOP SCHOOL SITES WITHIN THE CDBG TARGET AREAS. EFFORTS WITHIN THE LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME COMMUNITY IS ITS FOCUS: COOPERATION, COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION, ITS MEANS.

TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF ALL COUNTIES SERVED WITH TRANSPORTATION NEEDS

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

THE BAPTIST HOME AND CENTER SPONSORS ASSISTED CARE SERVICES TO SENIORS AND DISABLED. THE CORPORATION IS SUPPORTED BY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC AND AMERICAN BAPTIST CHURCHES IN THE OHIO REGION.
