ADMINISTER THE UNITED STATES SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION'S 504 LOAN PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO, THE COUNTIES OF MONROE, LENAWEE, AND WASHTENAW IN MICHIGAN AND THE COUNTIES OF JAY, ALLEN, RANDOLPH, DEKALB AND STEUBEN IN INDIANA.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

MISSION:

OUR MISSION IS TO CONNECT AND ELEVATE COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE OF ART. AN INTEGRAL ASPECT OF URBAN SIGHT'S MISSION IS EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS TO PROVIDE AN AVENUE FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO CONNECT AND FURTHER DEVELOP THEIR INDIVIDUAL SKILL SETS. OUR GOAL IS TO INVEST IN URBAN COMMUNITIES THROUGH ART, SO THAT THEY HAVE A VEHICLE TO REINVEST IN THEMSELVES.

SHRINERS BELIEVE IN GOD AND THAT HE CREATED MAN TO SERVICE HIS PURPOSE, AMONG WHICH IS SERVICE TO OTHERS IN HIS NAME. WE BELIEVE THAT CARE FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN WHO SUFFER FROM BURNS AND CRIPPLING DISEASE, IS OUR INSTITUTIONAL CALLING. AS SHRINERS WE LOOK BEYOND OURSELVES TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF OTHERS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN WHO CANNOT HELP THEMSELVES. WE BELIEVE SHRINERS HOSPITALS TO BE THE WORLD'S GREATEST PHILANTHROPY AND WE COVENANT WITH EACH OTHER TO SUPPORT ITS "TEMPLES OF MERCY" WITH SPIRIT, TIME, TALENT AND MEANS.

Many service clubs are chapters of national or international organizations.

(1) TO TEACH THE SPORT OF FAST-PITCH SOFTBALL TO YOUTH GIRLS,(2) TO COMBAT JUVENILE DELINQUENCY THROUGH SPORTS ACTIVITY AND (3) FOSTER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SPORTS COMPETITION.

Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.
