KIWANIS IS A GLOBAL ORGANIZATION OF VOLUNTEERS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE WORLD ONE CHILD AND ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME. OUR FOCUS IS ON THE YOUTH AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY OF HUDSON, OHIO.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is the production of musical events, including concert series and music festivals.

MISSION:

TEACH AND EDUCATE CHILDREN THROUGH ORGANIZED WEEKLY SOCCER MATCHES AND SOCCER CAMPS. TO PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR YOUNG PLAYERS TO INCREASE THEIR GAME SKILLS AND TO INSTILL IN THEM THE SPIRIT OF COMPETITION, FAIR PLAY AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.

SERVING THE HOMELESS AND INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF AKRON BY OFFERING MEALS, CLOTHING, SPIRITUAL AND CORPORAL SUPPORT AT OUR FACILITIES AND TO THE UNSHELTERED STREETS OF AKRON.

TO PROVIDE SWIM & TENNIS LESSONS AND PROVIDE FOR SWIM TEAM & TENNIS TEAM OPTIONS

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

Included is information about the basic food groups, vitamin and mineral requirements, and the relationship of nutrition to the preservation of good health and the prevention of illness.
