WE SEEK TO BUILD HEALTHIER AND STRONGER COMMUNITIES THAT WE ALL CAN BE PROUD OF. IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, WE WILL: EMPOWER LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME FAMILIES TO SHARE THE AMERICAN DREAM OF HOME OWNERSHIP; PROVIDE AFFORDABLE LOANS AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS; BUILD COMMUNITIES THROUGH NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT; INSPIRE AND SUPPORT RESIDENT AND ACTION LEADERS AND PROVIDE TRAINING AND EDUCATION.
