THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES RENTS AND CERTAIN OTHER PAYMENTS FROM CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO IN CONNECTION WITH ITS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CLEVELAND CONVENTION CENTER PURSUANT TO CERTAIN AGREEMENTS WITH CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO.
