IN THE PAST FISCAL YEAR, THE CHAPTER PROVIDED INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND REFERRALS TO 4,150 CALLERS OF OUR 24/7 HELPLINE, DELIVERED 250 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO MORE THAN 5,400 FAMILY CAREGIVERS, PROFESSIONALS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC; CONDUCTED 1,000 FAMILY CARE CONSULATIONS WHERE CAREGIVERS RECEIVED PERSONALIZED EDUCATION AND CARE PLANNING ASSISTANCE; SERVED 2,150 FAMILY CAREGIVERS THROUGH 26 COMMUNITY-BASED MONTHLY SUPPORT GROUPS, AND PROVIDED ON-LINE INFORMATION TO MORE THAN 95,500 UNIQUE USERS AT WWW.ALZ.ORG/CINCINNATI.
