COUNSELING AND EDUCATING ADOLESCENTS, PROVIDING A SAFE HOME ENVIROMENT TO ADOLESCENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE TREATMENT PROGRAM AND HAVE AGED OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.

PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS, MAINTAIN MUSEUM OF HISTORIC ARTIFACTS, ARCHIVING HISTORIC LOCAL DOCUMENTS, PUBLIC EDUCATION REGARDING LOCAL HISTORY
