TO MAKE PARENTS, STUDENTS, SCHOOL BOARDS AND STATE OFFICIALS AWARE OF THE RISKS OF UNDETECTED HEART DEFECTS WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH WHILE PLAYING SPORTS AND TO CHANGE REGULATIONS THAT ARE IN PLACE TO MAKE IT SAFER FOR SCHOOL ATHLETICS.
