ADDRESSING BARRIERS TO BREASTFEEDING BY OFFERING PEER, FAMILY, AND SOCIAL SUPPORT, AS WELL AS RESOURCES FOR INSUFFICIENT EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE SUPPORT.
