THROUGH RESERVE POWERS GIVEN TO THE ORGANIZATION IN THE BYLAWS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS, THE ORGANIZATION HAS THE POWER TO APPOINT THE DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, AND PRESIDENTS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS.
