IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS THE ARCHCARE COMMUNITY LIFE PROGRAM AS A MANAGED LONG TERM CARE PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES MEDICAID COVERED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS 18 AND OVER. THE COMMUNITY LIFE PROGRAM OPERATES IN ALL FIVE BOROUGHS, WESTCHESTER AND PUTNAM COUNTY.
