THE GRADUATE CENTER FOUNDATION HOUSING CORPORATION LIC WAS FORMED TO FOSTER AND ENABLE THE ACHIEVEMENT AND FULFILLMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL GOALS OF STUDENTS ENROLLED AT THE GRADUATE SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY CENTER, CUNY, BY CREATING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE USE OF SUCH GRADUATE STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHILE THESE STUDENTS COMPLETE THEIR STUDIES.

TO ASSIST PEOPLE LIVING WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS TO ASSIST PEOPLE WHO NEED TO HELP TO MAINTAIN MENTAL WELLNESS AND SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE ADDICTION. THE AGENCY DOES SO BY PROVIDING VARIOUS SERVICES INCLUDING OUTPATIENT CARE, HOUSING, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, CARE COORDINATION, DAY HABILITATION, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, FOOD SECURITY SERVICES AND TRANSPORTATION.

AS A RESULT OF THE TRANSFER, AHI BECAME THE SOLE HOLDER OF THE MEMBERSHIP INTEREST IN THE ADIRONDACKS ACO.
