THE CENTER IMPROVES THE HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENT THROUGH SUSTAINABLE FARMING PRACTICES, PROMOTES LOCAL FOOD SYSTEMS AND FOOD SECURITY, SUPPORTS WATERSHED AND ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP, PROVIDES ENVIRONMENTAL AND AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION, AND PRESERVES THE AGRICULTURAL HERITAGE OF WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND THE HUSON VALLEY.
