THE CENTER'S GOAL IS TO FIND UNIQUE AND CREATIVE WAYS TO ENHANCE STUDENT'S LEARNING EXPERIENCES.

MISSION:

1.SUPPORT OUR MEMBERS THROUGH ONGOING EDUCATION PASTORAL CARE, OUTREACH, MENTORING, AND NETWORKING.2.ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF OUR MEMBERS BY BEING A COLLECTIVE VOICE TO THE CCAR, UNION OF REFORM JUDAISM (URJ), AND HEBREW UNION COLLEGE-JEWISH INSTITUTE OF RELIGION (HUC-JIR) AND TO THE PUBLIC. 3.PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GATHERING AT CONVENTIONS AND REGIONAL EVENTS, AND THROUGH CONFERENCE CALLS, WEBINARS, AND OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY BASED METHODS.4.PROVIDE INFORMATION TO AND ABOUT OUR MEMBERSHIP, THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS SUCH AS MONTHLY E-BLASTS, OUR OWN WEBSITE, FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA.5.PROMOTE LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN INDIVIDUALS IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND ON THE FACULTY OF THE HUC-JIR, AND IN THE LEADERSHIP OF THE CCAR AND URJ.6.PROMOTE SCHOLARSHIP, SOCIAL JUSTICE INITIATIVES, AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES ON JEWISH FEMINIST ISSUES AND OTHER ISSUES RELATED TO JEWISH WOMEN.

S.O.U.L. FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO FOSTERING SUSTAINABLE PARTNERSHIPS WITH RURAL UGANDANS IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, MATERNAL HEALTH, WOMENS EMPOWERMENT, AND FOOD SECURITY IN EASTERN UGANDA.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE THE PUBLISHING OF JEWISH CONTENT MATERIALS TO VARIOUS JEWISH COMMUNITIES, WHILE CUNCURRENTLY PROVIDING DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENTS. JEWISH CONTENT, INC HAS BEEN FORMED, BY ITS DIRECTORS, TO PROMOTE JEWISH EDUCATION FOR ADULTS. THE ORGANIZATION SPECIALIZES IN CREATING HIGH LEVEL, SOPHISTICATED COURSE MATERIAL SUITABLE FOR TEACHERS TO USE WITH THEIR ADULT STUDENTS. DUE TO A TREMENDOUS SPIRITUAL AWAKENING OVER THE LAST TWENTY FIVE YEARS, JEWISH EDUCATION BEGAN A NEW SEGMENT TO DEVELOP ADULT EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL TO HELP SATISFY THE THOUSANDS OF JEWISH FOLKS THAT HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED TO JUDAIC CONCEPTS AND WOULD LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO LIVE BY THEM. THIS CHANGE HAS BROUGHT ABOUT THE FOUNDING OF THIS ORGANIZATION, WHICH HAS PRODUCED COURSES-MATERIAL GEARED TOWARDS THOSE THAT SEEK JEWISH EDUCATION AT AN ADULT LEVEL.

TO FOSTER JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND DISSEMINATE THE TEACHINGS OF RABBI NACHMAN OF BRESLOV THROUGH PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF BOOKS AND CDS, AS WELL AS SEMINARS, LECTURES AND STUDY GROUPS.

TO OPERATE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX CONSISTING OF 24 RENTAL UNITS UNDER THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.

THE FOCUS AND MAIN PROGRAM OF THE SLOATSBURG FOOD PANTRY IS TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED WITHIN THE SUFFERN CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT (SLOATSBURG, HILLBURN, SUFFERN, MONTEBELLO, AND PARTS OF AIRMONT) AND TUXEDO, NY. WE ARE A MEMBER OF THE REGIONAL FOOD BANK OF NORTHEAST NY AND COMPLY WITH THEIR POLICIES AND USDA GUIDELINES. WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT OUR FEEDING PROGRAM IS CLIENTS ARE WELCOME TO VISIT TWICE A MONTH AND WE ARE SET UP TO MEET THEIR NEEDS WITH A CLIENT CHOICE LAYOUT.
