BY FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS, THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES SELF-EFFECTIVENESS, DIGNITY, AND HOPE.

TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT OF ALLEGANY, CHAUTAUQUA, AND CATTARAUGUS COUNTIES OF NEW YORK STATE

LOCATION OF NEW HOMES FOR ANIMALS THAT ARE IN ABUSIVE, ENDANGERING OR NEGLECTFUL SITUATIONS, ASSIST OWNERS UNWILLNG TO KEEP THEIR ANIMAL, PROVIDE NECESSARY VETERINARY CARE, PLACEMENT FOR RESCUED ANIMALS.
