THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES, OR ORGANIZATIONS AND SEEKS TO ENTER INTO CO-COUNSELING TO PURSUE ON MATTERS OF BROAD PUBLIC INTEREST.
