THE PURPOSES OF AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR YAD VASHEM, INC. INCLUDE CONDUCTING RESEARCH, PUBLISHING AND DISTRIBUTING BOOKS, AND OTHERWISE EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE EVENTS OF THE HOLOCAUST AND ENGAGING IN OTHER ACTIVITIES SERVING AS A MEMORIAL TO THE VICTIMS OF THE HOLOCAUST. IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, ASYV MAY DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, AGENCIES, AND INSTITUTIONS THAT ENGAGE IN HOLOCAUST EDUCATION AND REMEMBRANCE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YAD VASHEM, THE WORLD HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE CENTER.

IN FY 2023, THE SCHOOL OF AMERICAN BALLET PASSED KNOWLEDGE OF THE BALANCHINE BALLET TRADITION FROM 22 GIFTED FACULTY MEMBERS TO SOME 780 STUDENTS IN ITS PROGRAMS. THESE FACULTY MEMBERS WERE AUGMENTED BY A SELECTED NEW YORK CITY BALLET COMPANY MEMBER WHO PARTICIPATED IN A TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM AT SAB. THEY WERE ALSO JOINED BY A NUMBER OF NOTABLE GUEST FACULTY. IN SEEKING VERY TALENTED STUDENTS, THE SCHOOL CONTINUED ITS LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OUTREACH AND RECRUITMENT EFFORTS.

RYAN HEALTH OPERATES FREESTANDING DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT CENTERS, LICENSED UNDER ARTICLE 28 AND ARTICLE 31 OF THE NEW YORK HEALTH LAW, LOCATED IN MANHATTAN.

THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED AS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF CIVIC BUILDERS, INC., A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES TURN-KEY SOLUTIONS FOR CHARTER SCHOOL REAL ESTATE NEEDS. SPECIFICALLY, THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO BORROW FUNDS AND TO MAKE LOANS AND INVESTMENTS INTO CHARTER SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN NEW YORK.
