CONCEPTS' ROLE IS TO PROVIDE PAYROLL PROCESSING MONITORING FISCAL INTERMEDIARY.AND OTHER VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES. CONCEPTS' SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY'S FIVE BOROUGHS AND SEVERAL NYS COUNTIES.
