C, TO SERVE AS A COMMUNICATIONS LINK BETWEEN THE YALE COMMUNITY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, BRINGING THE RESOURCES OF THE STATION AND THE UNIVERSITY TO ITS NEIGHBORS, AND FOSTERING A CLOSER CONTACT BETWEEN THE TWO GROUPS FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH.
