THE CLUB IS AN EXCLUSE MEMBERS-ONLY CLUB FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS TO EAT, DRINK, SOCIALIZE, NETWORK, ATTEND PRIVATE MUSICAL AND ARTS EVENTS, AND RELAX IN AN ELEGANT DOWNTOWN SETTING WITH NEW YORK HARBOR VIEWS. MEMBERS PAY ANNUAL DUES AND THE CHARGES FOR FOOD, DRINKS AND OTHER ITEMS SOLD TO MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS, AND MAY CHARGE FEES FOR USING CLUB SERVICES TO MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS.
