THE CORPORATION SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING & SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF THE HUDSDON VALLEY HOSPITAL DBA NYP/HUDSON VALLEY.

FHHC HAD PROVIDED A FULL RANGE OF HIGH-QUALITY SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES AS A FULLY LICENSED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY UNTIL ITS SALE IN APRIL OF 2018. IT SUBSEQUENTLY ASSISTED IN THE PHASED TRANSITION TO THE NEW OWNERSHIP. IT CURRENTLY FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT THE FIELD HALL FOUNDATION, ITS PARENT CORPORATION.

TO CHAMPION AMERICA'S MUSICAL LEGACY, INCLUDING THE MUSIC OF AARON COPLAND, THROUGH NATIONWIDE PERFORMANCES, MULTI-FACETED COMPOSER SUPPORT, IN-SCHOOL & ON-SITE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, & ELECTRONIC-MEDIA PROJECTS.

THE NYC MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL LEAGUE IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE NYCMSBL ORGANIZES DIVISIONS, CREATES TEAM SCHEDULES, RUNS EVENTS AND TOURNAMENTS FOR NYC YOUTHS. THE MISSION OF THE NEW YORK CITY MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL LEAGUE IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE MIDDLE SCHOOL CHILDREN CAN DEVELOP THEIR ATHELTIC AND ACADEMIC SKILLS.THE COMPETITIVE PROGRAM IS ALSO DESIGNED TO BUILD POSITIVE CHARACTER TRAITS THROUGH BASKETBALL. THE LEAGUE GOAL IS TO CREATE A GREAT STUDENT OUTT OF EVERY ATHLETE THROUGH STRICT ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIOR CODES.
