THE ORGANIZATION IS A FRATERNAL ORDER, WHICH PROVIDES SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS, PROGRAMS AND SUPPORTING SERVICES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND GIFTS AND CONNTRIUTIONS TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
