TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO WOMEN BEING RELEASED FROM PRISON OR OTHER INSTITUTIONAL SETTINGS IN TRANSITIONING BACK INTO SOCIETY BY BEING A POINT OF CONTRACT AND LIAISON TO HOUSING PROVIDERS, POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS, MEDICAL CARE PROVIDERS AND SCHOOLS
