SNAPCAP PROMOTES THE HEALTH OF THE POOR AND NEEDY BY EDUCATING ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS IN WAYS TO HELP THEM IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES TO THE POOR AND NEEDY, SUCH AS BY SHARING KNOWLEDGE, BEST PRACTICES, AND IDEAS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THOSE SERVICES.
