LAU WORKS TOWARDS THIS MISSION THROUGH CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, PROMOTING CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND FOSTERING FOOD AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE.
