THIS WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ASSESSMENTS, COUNSELING, INDIVIDUAL PLANNING, RESOURCES, TOOLS AND TRAINING THAT LEAD TO MEANINGFUL EMPLOYEMENT AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY AT A LIVING WAGE.
