THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE-BASED THERAPY FOR ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS CONTENDING WITH SUBSTANCE USE, MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, AND CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS. OBJECTIVES ARE ATTAINED BY OFFERING OUTPATIENT SERVICES AND RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS.

TO SERVE THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE POPULATION UPON RE-ENTRY INTO THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT FOCUSED ON A COMMUNITY-BASED SOLUTION DESIGNED TO CHANGE OFFENDERS' BEHAVIOURS AND REDUCE RECIDIVISM AND FOR THE TREATMENT OF ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL.
