FAMILY PROMISE OF SUSSEX COUNTY IS A NEW JERSEY NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FOUNDED IN 1997 EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY FOOD, SHELTER AND SERVICES TO HOMELESS FAMILIES AND SINGLE WOMEN. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS ITSELF BY PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS, SPECIAL EVENTS AND THE SALE OF CLOTHING PINS AT RETAILERS. FAMILY PROMISE IS AFFILIATED WITH FAMILY PROMISE INTERFAITH HOSPITALITY NETWORK, WHERE IT RECEIVES ASSISTANCE IN ESTABLISHING NEW NETWORKS AND SERVICES.

MISSION:

TO RENDER AID AND IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO MAY BE INJURED OR ILL AND TO OPERATE AMBULANCES AND OTHER SUCH EQUIPMENT TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING AND SPEED THE CURE TO THOSE WHO MAY BE INJURED AND TAKEN ILL AND TO TRANSPORT THOSE INDIVIDUALS TO HOSPITALS WHILE ADMINISTERING FIRST AID
