THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MAINTAIN A PARK THAT COVERS SIXTY- THREE (63) ACRES. THE PARK IS USED FOR SPORTING COMPETITIONS, PICNICS, AND MANY OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A TEMPORARY FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM GIVING RELIEF IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.R.S. 43:17, TO NEEDY FIREFIGHTERS, FAMILIES AND WIDOWS.

TO SHELTER & RE-HOME LOST OR ABANDONED ANIMALS, SPAY & NEUTER TO REDUCE OVER-POPULATION AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.

The goal of this organization is to are responsible for the control and extinction of fires; and the inspection of buildings, hillside property and industrial plants to ensure compliance with fire codes.
