TO PROVIDE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO ELIGIBLE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN OF FORMER NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE. TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE RELATED CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS AND OTHER PUBLIC CHARITIES.
