MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE BLOOMFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION WAS CREATED: 1) TO FUNDRAISE AND PRIVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE BLOOMFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY 2) TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE BLOOMFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY 3) TO PROMOTE LITERACY AND LIBRARY SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC.
