AS SUCH, THE FACILITY CEASED OPERATIONS IN AUGUST 2009. SINCE THAT TIME THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN WORKING THROUGH AN ORDERLY PROCESS OF DISSOLUTION AND PAYMENT OF ITS OUTSTANDING DEBTS. FINAL DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS AND PAYMENT OF EXPENSES WAS MADE DURING FYE 6/30/17.
