OVERSEE AND MANAGE A HUD ASSISTED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR 12 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS. PROVIDE FUND RAISING TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES AND COSTS NOT COVERED BY HUD FUNDING.
