TO PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF RECYCLING IN WESTERN NEBRASKA BY ENCOURAGING PUBLIC SPIRITED PERSONS TO DONATE CASH, REAL ESTATE, PERSONAL PROPERTY AND RECYCLABLES TO THE CORPORATION TO BE USED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND PUBLIC BENEFITS.

ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN AN EIGHTEEN COUNTY REGION WITH PROJECTS WHICH ARE MORE ECONOMICALLY DONE ON A JOINT BASIS.
