WITH THE AID OF PRIVATE DONORS AND MINIMUM PUBLIC FUNDING, THE PROMISE PROGRAM WILL HELP PREPARE YOUNG ADULTS TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS BY PROVIDING A QUALITY EDUCATION AND A SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENTS FEEL CHALLENGED, RESPECTED, AND ACCOUNTABLE AS THEY STRIVE TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF ADULTHOOD.
