NCRLA FOUNDATION WORKS TO ATTRACT, DEVELOP, SUPPORT, AND RETAIN A CAREER-ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL WORKFORCE FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. WE PROVIDE GRANTS TO WORKERS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY WHO FACE FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS. WE SUPPORT CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMMING IN NC CLASSROOMS WITH THE GOAL OF INTRODUCING STUDENTS TO CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND FACILITATING ON-THE-JOB WORK EXPERIENCE IN NC RESTAURANTS AND HOTELS.
