THE SCHOOL CLOSED ON JUNE 30, 2016 TO STUDENTS. PURSUANT TO NORTH CAROLINA STATUTES, ALL ASSETS OF THE SCHOOL WERE EITHER TRANSFERRED TO CHARLOTTE-MECKLENBURG SCHOOLS OR PURCHASED BY ELON HOMES & SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN. ALL OPERATIONS FOR KENNEDY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL WERE FINALIZED BY JUNE 30, 2017.
